Your CAD comes in, our sampling floor turns it into a physical strike-off in about fifteen days, colour is matched to your Pantone reference through lab dips, and the approved sample becomes the reference against which every production piece is measured. Every rug that ships carries your labels and barcodes, and your designs never leave your account.

Which certifications matter for private label
Retailers ask for GoodWeave (child-labour-free), Oeko-Tex (chemical safety), RWS (traceable wool), GRS (verified recycled content) — and larger accounts ask for SMETA audit reports and ISO 9001:2015. All are held; all documentation is supplied with each programme.

Can you manufacture rugs under our brand name (private label)?
Yes — private label and OEM manufacturing is the core of our export business. We produce to your designs, specifications and quality standards, with your branded labels, barcodes and packaging, and ship directly to your warehouse or fulfilment partner. Your designs remain confidential and are never shown to, or produced for, other buyers.
Do you sign NDAs and protect exclusive designs?
Yes. Design confidentiality is standard in our buyer agreements: your CADs, colourways and constructions are ring-fenced to your account. We do not display, resell or adapt client-exclusive designs for any other buyer.
What is the MOQ for a private label programme?
10 square metres per design, per colour. That is low enough to trial a range properly — several designs in several colourways in one shipment.
Which constructions are available under private label?
All four: hand-knotted, hand-tufted, handloom and flatweave. Programmes commonly mix constructions across a collection depending on price point and end use.
How do labels, barcodes and packaging work?
We stitch your branded labels (RWS, GoodWeave and Oeko-Tex marks alongside), apply your barcode stickers, and pack to your specification — individually rolled and wrapped in moisture-resistant LDPE, palletised for direct-to-warehouse receiving.
