How we work with designers and procurement teams
- Design brief received; CAD interpreted or developed.
- Sampling and lab-dip approval to lock colour and construction.
- Full-programme production with per-room barcodes and labelling.
- QC per piece: size against ±3% tolerance, weight against specified GSM, finish against approved sample.
- Rolled, wrapped in moisture-resistant LDPE, palletised for direct-to-warehouse or direct-to-site receiving.
Certifications relevant to hospitality: Oeko-Tex (materials tested for harmful substances — a common retailer and hotel-group requirement), GoodWeave (child-labour-free supply chain), ISO 9001:2015 (quality management), SMETA (social compliance). Documentation supplied with each programme.
