Sampling: ~15 days (approved CAD → physical strike-off in hand)

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Air out of IGI Delhi (Delhi), sea out of Nhava Sheva (Mumbai). All Incoterms accepted — EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDP — and we advise on the right choice for your route.

1 piece. PiHue accepts single-piece custom orders across every construction, fibre and size.

How long does production take?

Timing runs from strike-off approval: handloom 30-60 days (30 on urgent orders), flatweave 35 to 45 days, hand-tufted 35 to 45 days, and hand-knotted lead time steps with knot density — 35 days at 20-30 KPSI, 60 days at 30-60 KPSI, 90-100 days at 60-100 KPSI, and 130 days at 100-180 KPSI. Mixed orders across several designs track the slowest construction in the set.

What Incoterms do you offer?

All the common ones: EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP, DAP. We advise on the right choice for your route and volume.

Which ports do you ship from?

Air out of IGI Delhi, sea out of Nhava Sheva (Mumbai). Both handle worldwide destinations; we book against your preferred agent or ours.

How are rugs packed?

Individually rolled, wrapped in moisture-resistant LDPE, labelled with your barcodes and specification. Palletised where the routing calls for it.

Can you drop-ship to a fulfilment partner?

Yes. We ship direct to your warehouse or 3PL / fulfilment partner using the paperwork they require. Larger accounts often route through a consolidator; small ones sometimes take DDP door-to-door.
