Packing and documentation
- Individually rolled rugs wrapped in moisture-resistant LDPE.
- Your labels and barcodes stitched / applied per piece.
- Packing list per rug and per pallet.
- Certificate of origin, invoice and commercial documents per the destination country.
- Transaction certificates (RWS, GRS, Oeko-Tex) where the programme is certified.

Send the design, target sizes, construction preference and quantity. Quotation and sampling plan return the same working day.

What is the MOQ for custom rugs?
10 square metres per design, per colour. Sampling is single-piece; production begins from 10 sqm per SKU.
How long does production take?
Lead time is confirmed with your quotation — it depends on the weave type, artwork complexity and order volume, so we commit to a date per project rather than a generic number. Hand-knotted takes longest (knotting speed is fixed by hand); hand-tufted and handloom programmes run faster.
What Incoterms do you offer?
All the common ones: EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP, DAP. We advise on the right choice for your route and volume.
Which ports do you ship from?
Air out of IGI Delhi, sea out of Nhava Sheva (Mumbai). Both handle worldwide destinations; we book against your preferred agent or ours.
How are rugs packed?
Individually rolled, wrapped in moisture-resistant LDPE, labelled with your barcodes and specification. Palletised where the routing calls for it.
Can you drop-ship to a fulfilment partner?
Yes. We ship direct to your warehouse or 3PL / fulfilment partner using the paperwork they require. Larger accounts often route through a consolidator; small ones sometimes take DDP door-to-door.
