How custom actually works here

1. Brief. Send a CAD, sketch or reference photo with size, construction preference and quantity. If you don't have a design, our studio develops CAD options from your brief.
2. Quotation. Detailed pricing with material options is returned the same working day.
3. Sampling. A physical strike-off is knotted, tufted or woven and sent for approval — about 15 days from an approved CAD.
4. Lab dips. Colour matching is proven with dyed yarn samples in about 10 days. Every Pantone TPX/TCX and ARS 1400 reference is quoted against and approved before production begins.
5. Production. Lead time is confirmed with the quotation — it depends on construction, artwork complexity and volume, so we commit to a date per project rather than a generic number.
6. QC and shipment. Size against ±3% tolerance, weight against specified GSM, finish against your approved sample. Rolled, wrapped in LDPE, labelled with your barcodes, shipped.

Terms

• MOQ: 10 sqm per design per colour.
• Sampling: ~15 days; lab dips ~10 days.
• Size tolerance: ±3%.
• Shipping: worldwide, all Incoterms accepted (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.).
• Confidentiality: your CADs, colourways and constructions are ring-fenced to your account and never shown, resold or adapted for another buyer.
